Materials for recreational reading, reference and special information are available in every library. A state-wide interlibrary loan system provides additional sources for material.

Some Materials and services are available for our physically challenged patrons.

Genealogy and local history collections are well-developed and emphasize the Florida Parishes.

Job and career information are located in our larger branches(Amite, Hammond & Ponchatoula).

Books on tape, videos, and magazines are available in every library for our patrons to check out.

Investment materials are available at the larger branches(Amite, Hammond & Ponchatoula).

Materials for vision impaired are available through the State Library of Louisiana. (See Branch for more Information).

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is available to our patrons to receive books that we may not have in our collection to check out.
